Attachments – Dredging Pump

The YNS series of Dredging Pumps are high – powered hydraulic pumping solutions crafted to proficiently transfer slurry, mud, and sand. Tailored for dredging, construction, and mining applications.

YNS300-10 model, with a 10 – meter head, is perfect for basic water – pumping operations in shallow – depth and low – resistance scenarios.

NS1000-2, featuring a 22 – meter head, is engineered for more demanding tasks such as sand – pumping in moderately deep areas or areas with slightly higher resistance. Additionally, we are capable of manufacturing pumps with a maximum head of 60 meters to meet specific and extreme project requirements.

Ray Dredging Pump

  • The mixing head motor is equipped with a pressure reducing valve to reduce the impact on the motor and extend its service life.
  • The material of the flow parts is Cr26. After heat treatment process, it is more durable and has vitality.
  • Reasonable mesh design at the bottom: avoid the problem of large particles of medium entering the pump and blocking the operation of the pump body.
  • Shot blasting treatment, smooth surface, 2 layers of paint, which can make the paint better adhere to the surface of the product. Slows down rust.
  • Reasonable pump port design: This saves customers from re-matching the adapter twice.
  • The positioning shaft of the mixing device can effectively anchor the pump body and realize rapid transportation of the medium.
