What is A Mulcher & How Does It Work?

What are the advantages of Mulcher?
1. The belt type is not a direct drive type. The belt itself is elastic and can absorb the vibration and impact of the motor or load like a “spring”. When the load changes suddenly (such as suddenly placing a heavy object on the conveyor belt or encountering a hard material), the elasticity of the belt can “unload the force” to prevent the impact from reacting to the motor, reducing the risk of motor burning or mechanical structure deformation.
2. Well-known brand motor: Rexroth. Plunger motor. High-speed rotation, up to 2000 rpm.
3. The head is processed and welded after non-laser blanking to ensure the coaxiality of the product.
4. Dynamic balancing of the shaft is performed by adding or removing counterweights to offset the “mass eccentricity” (i.e., the center of gravity deviating from the rotational centerline) of the shaft (including the cutting teeth) caused by uneven material and asymmetrical structure. This eliminates high-speed vibration, protects key components, and maintains cutting stability.
5. Alloy teeth: Avoid hitting rocks during cutting, effectively preventing tooth breakage.
Note: This needs to be considered dialectically, depending on the customer’s work conditions. If the customer’s work conditions are primarily forestry, carbon teeth can be used to increase work efficiency.
